Visual identity for a research cluster at the University of Tampere, Finland. The conception and design of the visual identity included the development of an independent word mark, a color system and an image concept for use in, among other media, research publications and lectures and the communication of corresponding content on websites and in social media.
Essentially, Visual Studies Lab consists of four research projects: "Digital Face" (Negotiation and Transformations of the Face in Digital Environments), »ImagiDem« (Imag(in)ing Democracy: Young Europeans Becoming Citizens by Visual Participation), »PEPI« (Post-Digital Epistemologies of the Photographic Image) und »Banal Surveillance« (Unraveling the Causes of and Remedies for the Privacy Paradox)
