AFMaschine is a radically reduced, logical progression of the font »ITC Machine«. In contrast to its »forefather«, every detail of its form is strictly oriented on a fixed grid structure, enabling the precise intersections and duplications that were the principal objective of the work. The result is a novel, striking and abstract typeface for large-format headline applications with a range of formal variations and a true machine-like character.
