The Department of Visual Communication at Offenbach University of Art and Design commissioned Florian Markl to design the event poster for its diploma presentation. In collaboration with Catrin Sonnabend and Christina Föllmer, an experimental, four-part poster was created, with individual parts simultaneously taking on the role of an invitation flyer. The examination committee’s Excel list with names and other information about the graduates served as the formal basis. The formally rigid table was overprinted with nearly gestural typography in a fluorescent color.
